| Candice |
| Candice became part of the Teen Mother Choices in 1999 and “graduated” out of the program in 2004. During her five years in the program she completed her schooling and secured a full time job, which allowed her and her daughter to move into their own housing. Candice says, “Teen Mother Choices has been a huge support to me in the many hurdles I have faced in becoming independent. More than anything else, they have taught me and my daughter Saige about Jesus.” Today, Candice continues to care for her daughter and she is actively involved in a local church. |

| Lenae joined Teen Mother Choices in 2002 with her daughter Janiya. While a part of the Teen Mother Choices’ program, she attended junior college and worked towards completing her GED. Lenae say, “Teen Mother Choices helped my by paying for my daughter’s childcare while I attended class. Teen Mother Choices has given me a great Mentor. She and I spend time talking on the phone and playing with our kids. Now that I have finished my GED, I have a great full-time job.” |

| Sue joined the Teen Mother Choices' program in 1992 when her daughter was 3 months old. At the time she joined she was in her sophomore year of high school. She graduated high school with her class and a few months later she graduated from Cosmetology school. After graduation she began working full time and moved into her own apartment. Sue “graduated” out of the Teen Mother Choices’ program in 1998. Today, she is married with two more children. Her husband adopted her oldest daughter shortly after they were married. Sue says, “Teen Mother Choices changed my life. I know I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for them. I am so grateful to Teen Mother Choices." |

| Dee says, ““Teen Mother Choices helped to transform me into the person I am today. I became a part of Teen Mother Choices in 1998 shortly after I had my son Jordan. While a part of the program, I worked toward, and completed my GED. After receiving my GED I was able to go to work full-time. The most important thing that came out of my time with Teen Mother Choices was that I established a relationship with God. I graduated out of the program several years ago and today I volunteer for Teen Mother Choices.” |
