Individual Components of the Director's Guide

Directors GuideThe complete TMCInternational Training Process includes, a Readiness Survey, a Feasibility Study, the Director's Guide and finally, a TMCI Licensee Agreement. Each step in the training process works off the previous step, step by step building a ministry to teen mothers that is unique and effective in serving the teen mothers in YOUR community. Along with all the written materials, the TMCI Training Process also includes an ongoing consulting relationship with a TMCI Training Coach.

However, TMCInternational also understands that there are times when a church or existing organization may not be interested in doing the entire TMCI-Model; Lifeskills Workshops™, Mentors, Setting Goals with Teen Mothers, etc. Perhaps there is one component of the TMCI-Model that is of interest to you right now. Through its many training products, TMCInternational is sure to have a resource that can assist you to better serve the teen mothers in your community.
