Christa March - Founder and President of TMCInternational

Christa began developing the TMCInternational Plan for serving teen mothers in 1989. She built the original program out of a church in Arlington Heights, IL. In 1996, a second church in northern Illinois took on The Plan and in 2006 a third church duplicated The Plan again. In 2007, TMCInternational was created to train and equip churches throughout America to serve teen mothers.

Today, as President of TMCInternational, Christa works with those TMCInternational Licensees and Trainees, encouraging and mentoring them as they work with and train to work with teen mothers in their own communities. While all of the preliminary training materials are complete, Christa works with other professionals to develop more resources for those seeking to serve teen mothers more effectively. Such resources are: a Finanical Workbook for Teen Mothers and a Medical Workbook for Teen Mothers. Christa also serves as TMCInternational's main spokesperson speaking at conferences and other venues.

In 1983, Christa married Jim March and today, they reside in Gurnee, Illinois with their two children.

Tammy Habel - Vice-President of Operations

Tammy Habel has her BA in Early Child Education and worked in the Early Childhood Education field for eight years. In 1998, Tammy became the Executive Assistant for Teen Mother Choices, the local ministry which served teen mothers in northern Illinois. Tammy was able to use her Child Development background to occasionally teach Lifeskills Workshops™ for the teen mothers on topics such as Discipline, Child Development, Playing with Your Child, and Toilet Learning. Over the years, Teen Mother Choices began receiving many requests from others around the country for help in starting a similar teen mother program in their community and those requests eventually led to the formation of TMCInternational. When the training and consulting ministry of TMCInternational was established, Tammy split her time as Executive Assistant for Teen Mother Choices and TMCInternational.

On April 1, 2011 Tammy transitioned over to TMCInternational full-time where she is looking forward to continuing to be a part of this new ministry that will equip others to serve teen mothers in all parts of the country.

Tammy and her husband Paul live in Gurnee, IL and have been married for 17 years. They are blessed with three amazing children. Corey is 14, Taryn is 12 and Jesse is 7.
