Dr. David Preskill
Dr. Preskill and TMCInternational have established a partnership which allows teen mothers in northern Illinois to be seen by him with TMCInternational covering the costs for all doctor visits. TMCInternational and Dr. Preskill believe this unique partnership can be duplicated by other doctors and other ministries serving teen mothers.
Below is Dr. David Preskill's letter of recommendation to TMCInternational:

It is my privilege to write to you on behalf of Christa March and Teen Mother Choices International (TMCInternational). I, and my practice, have been associated with Christa and TMCInternational since 2005 when I began seeing some of the teen mothers who were a part of the TMCInternational program.
Christa and I developed a practical system wherein I would see the teen mothers that TMCInternational would refer to my practice and in turn TMCInternational would cover the cost of the visit directly. This system has been beneficial for everyone involved:
- For the teen mother — she is referred to a reputable doctor.
- For TMCInternational — they can be assured that the teen mother will be served with compassion.
- For myself — I know that the services I render will be paid in full and in a timely fashion.
I would recommend the TMCInternational program as a whole as well as the system that Christa and I have developed to any doctor interested in providing services to teen mothers.
